Welcome to Sweet Sippin' Sports where athletes and Sippers come for information related to the weekly recovery ride, charitable fundraising events, and all things Sweet Sippin' Sports.
Sweet Sippin’ Sunday Recovery Ride
Rolls from the Simpsonville Clocktower at 2 pm Sundays. If weather does not permit, social activities will begin at 2 pm…so come out and enjoy some bike talk, drinks and snacks. Speed classes are based on attendance but are generally as follows: Varsity 17.5+ mph, JV 15-16 mph and C-Team=Slowest Rider Speed (no one left behind) and cover about 22-32 miles. For those interested in triathlon training there will be a Bike Run In Combination (BRIC) with a short 2-mile+ run following the ride. Ride is no drop and routes can vary so make sure to be on time and connect with the correct ride leader.
There will be an opportunity to socialize, re-energize, and recap the rides and runs at Sweet Sippin' Simpsonville.
