The Spamerton ride is a show and go, unmarked, and unsupported ride. But it is a great ride and route! Make sure to load the route into your Garmin so you can navigate home should you get dropped by the group. Also, carry plenty of water, a mobile phone and tools/tubes to make repairs should you have a mechanical issue. This is a drop ride meaning if you fall behind on the pace you could be left alone. With that said - the goal of the ride is to have a tame 16 mph pace. If you don't know what that means you probably don't belong on this ride and you should consider riding the 2:30PM Unknown Bike & Brew ride. That ride has more support and is a no-drop ride where you can practice group riding on one of the shorter routes.
